Walter is a U.S.-licensed architect (AIA, NCARB, M. Arch) with over 30 years of experience in multifamily architecture. As Chief Innovation Officer and Design Director at Humphreys & Partners Architects, he led the firm's national design practice, developed most of its signature multifamily concepts, and became a recognized speaker at national industry events. He also built and led a Uruguay-based design and production studio, a model that now underpins CYCLUS. He founded CYCLUS in 2026.
